Online returns / complaints form

With our online returns and complaints form, we offer you an additional way to register your complaint or product return quickly and easily if you do not have access to our GEZE Online Returns Portal. Please complete the form in full.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the goods in your possession until the complaint has been finally resolved. If we confirm your return, you must include the submission form with the returned goods. Returns sent without the submission form cannot be processed.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using our online form to submit your complaint or return request.
We hereby confirm receipt of your form.

We will review your request and then contact you as soon as possible.

Please only send the goods to us after you have received our reply.

Should we determine during processing that a return of the goods is required, we will inform you accordingly and issue a return label.
In this case, we kindly ask you to send the goods within 14 calendar days together with the returns form (see attachment) and the return label to the following address:
